Aura Crafted Studio - Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the services provided by Aura Crafted Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Products and Services
A. Unique and Handcrafted Nature:
Our products are high-value, hand-embroidered suits featuring intricate appliqué work. Due to the handcrafted nature of the items, there may be slight variations in color, embellishment placement, and finish compared to product photos. These variations are inherent to artisanal products and are not considered defects.
B. Pricing and Currency:
All prices listed on our platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
C. Availability:
Due to the time required for hand-embroidery, all items are sold on a limited availability basis. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is not confirmed until payment is received and processing has begun.
3. Order, Payment, and Cancellation
A. Payment:
We accept various forms of payment as outlined on our payment page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our platform.
B. Order Accuracy:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including contact information, shipping address, and product selection, before confirming your purchase.
C. Cancellations:
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not already entered the embroidery or customization stage. After 24 hours, or if the process has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
All content published and made available on our platform, including images, text, logos, product designs, and the specific patterns of our appliqué work, is the property of Aura Crafted Studio and its creators. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or using our designs or images without express written permission.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, Return, and Refund processes are governed by the separate policies already provided by Aura Crafted Studio. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to the terms outlined in the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aura Crafted Studio, its owners, and its employees will not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or products, including, but not limited to, lost profits or data. We make no guarantees regarding the color accuracy displayed on your device, as monitor settings and color calibration may vary.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our platform. It is your responsibility to check our platform periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
